Gandhi Brigade Media

The Gandhi Brigade Media Center offers certification-based media trainings in graphic design, photography, and video production. Trainings are designed as project-based modules that build participants' knowledge base in the technical subject while simultaneously teaching them the teamwork, research and networking skills necessary to complete a community media project.

Successful completion of training modules is determined by the completion and exhibition of a media project which earns first-time producers a press pass. As each member's participation increases they become eligible for other privileges like personal business cards or working as a promotor/a.

 

Currently, Media Sessions that are being held at Gandhi Brigade Site are as follows:

 

Videography by Michael held every Monday (3:00 pm-5:00 pm)

 

PHOTOCOLOGISTS - Get your hands on Photo-Journalism!
Training provided by: Douglas and Heather held every Monday (5:00 pm-7:00 pm)

 

Graphic by Kusum held every Tuesday (3:00 pm- 6:00 pm)

 

Creative Writing by Ashley every Wednesday (4:00 pm- 6:00 pm)
